DISPATCH MANAGER

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Dispatch Manager to join our team. As a Dispatch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient coordination of resources, managing deliveries, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

• Develop and maintain schedules for drivers, vehicles, and other resources to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
• Utilize CRM systems to manage deliveries, track inventory, and maintain accurate records of overall inventories.
• Establish and enforce safety protocols and compliance measures for the dispatch department.
• Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with other departments to ensure optimal stock levels.
• Track and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports on performance metrics.

𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀/Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Dispatch In charge or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and knowledge of inventory management principles.
• Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Thorough understanding of safety regulations and compliance requirements.
• Eager to work for a long time and contribute to the company’s growth.
