We are seeking a highly motivated HR Executive with a strong understanding of finance to join our company. As an HR Executive, a crucial role is to ensure smooth HR processes, oversee finance, and support the company’s workforce.
𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
Lead end-to-end recruitment processes specifically tailored to the needs of a paper packaging factory, including sourcing, interviews, and candidate selection.
Collaborate with finance dept to analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide insights to support decision-making processes
Develop and implement compensation and benefits packages that align with industry standards and cater to the unique requirements of our employees in the paper printing field.
Manage employee relations and provide guidance on HR-related matters, ensuring a harmonious work environment.
Maintain accurate HR records, generate insightful reports, and handle administrative tasks meticulously to ensure compliance with regulations and support informed decision-making.
𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 & 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field, with a strong understanding of labor laws and regulations applicable to the packaging industry.
Experience in financial planning and analysis activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Retired Army officer with HR experience would also be highly preferred for this position.
Proven experience in HR roles, preferably within a manufacturing or paper printing environment, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of industry-specific HR practices.
Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail, to effectively interact with employees at all levels and manage HR-related documentation.
